This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Please sign all waivers. COVID waivers will be distributed in August and will have to be signed in order for your daughter to participate.   You will see a charge on your account from St Mary's Annapolis Lacrosse and Field Hockey Association.
